    U.S. citizen/resident with a medically determined permanent disability severely limiting a major life activity. A 100% VA rating is not required; do not infer permanence from a rating alone.

    Covered federal entrance/day-use fees; some expanded amenities may receive a discount. Compare this pass with the military pass if you qualify.

    No blanket campground discount or free lodging. Operator, facility and reservation charges vary; confirm the exact site.

    Federal entry rules cover the passholder's qualifying party; an amenity discount need not extend to every companion, vehicle or campsite.

    California resident with honorable discharge and qualifying wartime service plus at least 50% combined service-connected disability; separate former-POW/Medal of Honor routes exist.
