When AI processing is available, OpenAI receives extracted document text, your answers, and target-job information to prepare and check the draft. When available, OpenAI processes extracted text and the details you provide to prepare and check your draft. Original uploads are not emailed to an operator. Temporary source files are removed after processing where cleanup succeeds, with a 24-hour fallback cleanup policy; draft download links expire after 24 hours. New free-draft status records omit your email and source URLs and are eligible for cleanup after 24 hours. Generated drafts may still contain contact details from your documents. Veteran Readiness & Employment may provide employment, training, education, or independent-living support. A VA counselor determines entitlement after evaluation. Veterans discharged on or after January 1, 2013 have no 12-year eligibility limit. Earlier discharges have a basic 12-year period measured from the later qualifying date and may qualify for an extension for a serious employment handicap. Compare the draft with your records. Check job dates, titles, hours, qualifications, and accomplishments. Add missing facts to your records or notes, then prepare a new draft before submitting it to an employer.
